We've binged on Cobra Kai recently and we learned more about the three primary character's backgrounds. Each was bullied in their lives. Two continued the ways of the bully, one did not.
In this episode, I relate my experiences of being raised by a bully and my own experiences with that energy stuck in my body. I chose a different path of healing and so can anyone.
