One of my favorite life mantras is “tell the whole story!” The story did not start with Thalia Y. Bishop, PsyD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist…and it won’t end here either. But two things that have been present throughout the journey are resilience and an intense fear/avoidance of anger. As I enter this next stage of life, there is no way to move forward without looking back at anger and understanding how much it has guided and shaped my whole story!
