Rachel McClusky is an LA based fitness instructor and wellness event host. She has been teaching fitness for over 9 years and created the Recharge Method in 2019, a fitness concept that begins with a moving meditation followed by dance cardio, sculpt, and a dance party. Rachel's passion for connecting women through movement led to her wellness company Recharge Wellness Co. that hosts events and retreats for women all over the country. Her mission is to create a safe space for women to connect, move, and build lifelong friendships with like-minded women.

- Get your energy going with moving meditation!

- Moving your body can help you clear out your mind.

- Start with a 2 minute routine of shaking your wrist, moving your shoulders, and taking deep breaths... observe where your mind takes you.

- If you feel comfortable sitting down, you can look for YouTube guided videos of 5-10 or 15 minutes.

- Say your affirmations over and over out loud -or in your head-. Every day will be different, but stick to them and you'll see changes!

- Find a workout that you love so you can be consistent!
