Hello,

In this podcast we're going to talk about OCD, and how challenging this turbulent time is for people who suffer from this strange, painful, facsinating illness. Everyone is experiencing some kind of difficulty in the wake of the Covid-19 outbreak, and I'm going to be sharing some of the troubles I've had, and how I'm approaching my fight with OCD. I hope that it will help you in your fight, or even just entertain you as we all pass the time together. Same boat and all that.

Whether or not you have OCD, I think it is a problem that deserves close inspection, and with the help of some good old research, and my friends who I hope to have as guests on the podcast, I think we can get it done. So join me, and let's get it done!
