Elle Cole is a multi-hyphenate educator who joins us to talk about her seven years of homeschooling her two children. She tells us about the advantages - like student choice and motivation - and some disadvantages, like what to do when you've had a tough day with your students. Elle is also an advocate for Sickle Cell Disease, which affects one of her children. So yeah - we talk about that, too.
