Qualifying for Canadian track nationals where she competed in two Olympic trials for the 100 meters as well as 200 meters.
Training with the Canadian Olympic Bobsleigh and Skeleton community to come compete for their winter sports development team.
Playing pro football for the Los Angeles Temptation in the United States
Playing for team Canada in the World’s Football Championship game in 2017 as her team captured a Silver Medal.
She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP), as well as Certified Coaching Certificate Level 3.
A background in Olympic lifting and am currently on the Saskatchewan Olympic Lifting team for 55kg and Saskatchewan Snatch and Clean and Jerk record holder for her weight class.
She also works with the University of Regina football team as a speed coach and is a tv host for the Saskatchewan Rush CFL team.
