How To Set Yourself Up For A Promotion

Kimberly, Sonia, and Jonathan answer a question from Katlyn in St. Paul Minnesota:  

“My partner has been promoted twice in the past 4 years. He attributes this to his ability to set “laser sharp priorities” that helps him fulfill his goals. Do I need to apply that type of focus to be promoted at work?” 

Kimberly expands on the link between prioritizing goals and advancement in one’s career. Don’t forget to also advocate for yourself.

Sonia shares that those who use time effectively often find time to solve unaddressed areas which moves them up in an organization.
