Podcast Episode #247: Do Not Fear. You Can Overcome.

In this episode, I chose to read a chapter from my book "necessary." This chapter is titled "Head of Household".  I discussed the power of overcoming fear and trauma, as I recall an event from my childhood. Many of us have been through so much pain and grief; however, we don't have to remain stuck in the past. If you can identify with any part of my story, I pray you seek help from a trained professional so that you can discover the strength within you to move forward and heal. Do not fear. Always know that you can overcome this. 

I want you to hold tight to His word, Psalm 27:1 (KJV), "The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?"

Remember, you are stronger than you know, and God will guide you through it all. Let this video be a source of inspiration and encouragement as you embark on your healing journey and transformation.
