He has spent the past 15 years working with CEOs, directors and senior managers from every sector including FTSE100s, government, academia, SMEs and non-profits. He delivers leadership development programs and coaching, through his company Clarity Space, to accelerate leaders’ evolution through self-awareness and self-leadership. Chris has set up and run businesses in the UK and overseas, originally qualifying as a chartered engineer. He has written for Forbes, People Management and Management Today and delivered seminars and workshops for the Institute of Directors. His book The Broken CEO: How To Be The Leader You Always Wanted To Be, was published in February 2020.
