We’re all in search of our purpose, something that truly defines us, something that we feel is right in any moment of the day, something that fuels us from the inside out and that makes us feel alive. In this episode, Matthew Cooksey and Andrew Staite discuss the importance of loving what we do and how to unlock our true potential. They also talk about how living as our true selves and following our passions could transform workplaces today.

Andrew is the CEO of the Pinnacle Foundation, and a Founder and Non-Executive Chair of search and outplacement firm SHK. He has an incredibly diverse background that spans the law, the art, and executive search, and his passion is helping young people to realize their
full potential.

“Imagine getting on a train, going to work where 85% of the people in the carriage are excited to go and do what they're going to do. It would be a different world. ”

Tune in to learn why doing what we love is so important, and use the lessons in your daily life.

About Matt:

Although I was born on the 23rd February 1980, my life only really got started on the 23rd February 2010. Until that point, I felt lost, disorientated and afraid. That day, life called time on my self-obfuscating ways. And I finally came to see that I wasn’t lost in life, I’d lost touch with my true self.

I discovered that Authenticity was about authorship, so today me and my team are on a mission to create a world where every human being is encouraged and supported to create a life that’s true to themselves.

I live in Melbourne, Australia. I’m married to a hunky doctor called Fil and together we have a beautiful son called Niko.
