So many people hide in the shadows, afraid of showing who they really are, afraid of being judged. We live in a society that tends to work on labels and perfect models, that raises challenges when we stand up for ourselves. But the way out is to put the most value on what WE think about ourselves. In today's episode, Matt and Amelia Kondilios walk us through the positive changes that happen in our lives when we choose to face these fears and own who we are.

Amelia is a Senior Manager at PwC and a massive tax nerd, a huge Star Wars fan, and partner to the lovely Jess. One of the things that I think you'll love about today's episode is hearing a joyful tone that Amelia brings even to the most difficult conversations. So enjoy the truly courageous, funny and super smart Amelia everyone.

“I am an overly emotional person and I'm going to say these things the way I want to because it feels right to me.  Acknowledging that that's who I am has been this way of lifting weight off my shoulders.”

Tune in to learn how other peoples' perceptions and opinions can hold us back, and how to leverage our sensitivity in a positive way using our knowledge and experience to become better people.

About Matt:

Although I was born on the 23rd February 1980, my life only really got started on the 23rd February 2010. Until that point, I felt lost, disorientated and afraid. That day, life called time on my self-obfuscating ways. And I finally came to see that I wasn’t lost in life, I’d lost touch with my true self.

I discovered that Authenticity was about authorship, so today me and my team are on a mission to create a world where every human being is encouraged and supported to create a life that’s true to themselves.

I live in Melbourne, Australia. I’m married to a hunky doctor called Fil and together we have a beautiful son called Niko.
