81. Life Is A Journey, Don't Let Fear Hold You Back With Kristena Eden

Kristena chats with Adam about how life is a journey and a class room so we can learn and how we often let fear hold us back from the life we want, and how to not let fear stop us.

Kristena was born in Oceanside California and lived all over the world. She has studied at St Charles College Missouri, the University of Utah, Utah State University, Utah Valley University, and Brigham Young University, and SLCC. Kristena is a published artist As well as Human development Life coach.
