Hey friends! Happy April, Happy 2nd Quarter -- it's time to dive into the nuts and bolts of building your business, brand or nonprofit. First things first, do you know your personality type? Are you aware of your strengths as it relates to working with a team or building towards a team? If you answered no, you need to hop on and take notes.
