It is Monday and I am here with a little Monday Motivation for you -- Bridge U.P. -- Ensuring that your team is Unified, uplifting and powerful. Imagine you were building a bridge, I am quite sure you would NOT want a weak team that is lacking unity, uplifting motives and power! That bridge wouldn't make it!This past weekend, I had a new and unique challenge to motivate and inspire a diverse group as it relates to bridging gaps and working together for greatness.
