Crying in the workplace can be embarrassing, but it’s also a sign that you care.

We spend around 90,000 hours of our life at work—so it shouldn't really come as a surprise that many of us have (or will) at some point shed a few tears while at our jobs.

That being said, while the probability of crying at work is fairly high, the workplace appears to be one of the last forums in which we feel the need to suppress our emotions, all of which begs the question:

Is it ever okay to cry at work?

We are so glad to have @thesandrachan with us in this episode🎙.

Sandra came from a high technology and entrepreneurial background where she successfully made her way up in a high pressure and male dominated environment. Until a few years ago, Sandra decided to put her previous job behind as a corporate executive director and began a new endeavour in her career in the wellness industry. Wearing multiple hats as a forest yoga ambassador & teacher, now on her way in building her company where she leads, creates, and curates experiential mindful events internationally.
