What is it that truly causes us to get angry? We all face daily challenges with life circumstances, but is it the circumstance that causes us to get angry or actually are are angry at ourselves? 

Many of the Buddha's teachings help us frame up the mindset that much of what makes us upset in life is actually our own doing. When we do get upset, we are allowing the circumstance, situation, or even person to temporarily allow us suffering.
