When it comes to overall happiness - we often look beyond ourselves and seek for God or the Universe to provide for it.
How often have you heard; "It's all in God's hands."
Personally - I don't believe that. I think whatever God is, wants us to take personal accountability and take action in our lives to get the outcomes we want. When we get outcomes we don't want, we have to "turn within" and do some inner soul-searching.
That is what today's special guest Karyn Seitz had to do. Karyn is known today as "The Happiness Mentor" but it wasn't always that she was in the "happiness business." It took her to look within and do some soul-searching of her own and in today's interview she describes the empowering process of "not waiting for God" to answer all her problems, but rather looking herself in the mirror and "turning within" to really discover herself. In her words, "Healing her relationship with herself."
