Henrique Dubugras is the 23-year-old Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Brex.


Billed as the ‘smartest corporate card in the room,’ Brex is ‘transforming B2B payments by creating financial technology customized to the industry-specific needs of its customers - starting with the corporate card.’


Founded in March 2017 and launched in June 2018, Brex is among the fastest companies to reach unicorn status, taking just 16 months to grow from a two-person team at Y Combinator to a 50-person company valued at over $1 billion.


Brex has raised $315 million in capital from the likes of Y Combinator Continuity, Kleiner Perkins, IVP and Peter Thiel, and is today valued at $2.6 billion.


A native of Brazil, Henrique built payments company Pagar.me, the ‘Stripe of Brazil’ when he was sixteen years old. In just three years, Pagar.me grew to $1.5 billion in volume of transactions processed. In the fall of 2016, Henrique sold Pagar.me and enrolled at Stanford University.


Henrique has been recognized in the Inc. 30 Under 30, Forbes 30 Under 30, Fortune 40 Under 40 and San Francisco Business Times 40 Under 40.
