Andy Molinsky is a professor of Organizational Behavior and International Management at Brandeis University’s International Business School. He specializes in helping people step outside their personal and cultural comfort zones and has written two popular books on the subject Global Dexterity with Harvard Business Review Press and Reach. Dr. Brad Gustafson is the principal and lead learner at Greenwood Elementary in Minnesota. Ben Gilpin is currently the principal at Warner Elementary School in Spring Arbor. He has a Master’s in education from Spring Arbor University.
