In this episode Melody in Motion shares her story about leaving a toxic relationship and recovering her health after years of trauma.  Here’s a bit more about Melody in Motion:  Digital Nomad, certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) for Group Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach.  In the past I was on a self-destructive path, morbidly obese, suffering from PTSD, depression, and anxiety triggered by an ex-boyfriend turned stalker.  Now, after years of fighting for my health and fitness I’m in the best shape of my life.  This was all due to changing my mindset, my diet, exercising, and getting help for my eating disorder.  Through all of this I have learned so much, and yet I continue to learn and improve as each year ticks by.  I stay active daily and really enjoy adventure and travel.  Not only am I available for personal training and nutrition coaching virtually/in person.  But, I am also a veteran house and pet sitter traveling around the globe as much as possible for these opportunities.  With my active lifestyle, my love of helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, and lust for travel, the name Melody In Motion seemed a perfect fit.  You can reach me, and follow my adventures here:  @MELODYNMOTION (Instagram)  https://www.facebook.com/melodynmotion (Melody In Motion on Facebook Blog Pages)  @melodyim (TikTok)  [email protected]
