Our guest this week, 2x’s Olympic Medalist and owner of Fix Your Mindset LLC, Katherine Adamek shares with us how practicing meditation and self-awareness can bring you closer to reaching your goals.  Katherine tells us that when we are able to shift our mindset from constantly striving towards perfection to a mindset of gratitude, we are fully capable of connecting to our vision. When we realize that we do actually have the ability to change the world around us, then we are able to fully step into our callings.
