Episode 26- Running the Comeback Trail with Jenna Challenor

Jenna Challenor has represented South Africa in the IAAF World Half Marathon Championships in 2013. In 2017 she ran second in the Two Oceans 56km. She has run two Comrades Marathons, namely 2019 and 2022, coming 6th and 4th respectively. 

In this episode, Jenna divulges the challenges of harmonizing being a wife and mother of three kids, with being a professional long distance runner. We discuss the setbacks she has had in her career and how she continues to rise in the face of adversity, with particular reference to her health struggles over the last 18 months.
