Another day... Another amazing women joining us to share her journey to freedom and self discovery.

Today's guest is the amazing Berenice Mertens. At a young age of 24, Berenice thought she had her life all sorted and planned out, working in a high paid job, owning her own apartment, what some like to call "living the dream", she thought she had it all. What no one knew is that Berenice was battling her own demons, she suffered from anorexia and found it hard to admit it to herself and share with the ones she loved the most. She made herself believe that everything was OK, that by having such an amazing life, she shouldn't complain and be grateful for what she had done and accomplished.

Until one day she had enough, she said "FUCK IT", and decided it was time to look after herself and find her life purpose. After a lot of resistance, because we all know is not as easy as it sounds, she started her journey by joining a yoga class... And the rest is history.

Berenice has a lot of projects planned for her bright future...This is just the beginning!
