In this episode, we’ll be talking about Depression with guest Matt Trexler. Matt is the RUF campus minister at UCLA.
While good work is being done, mental health still carries a stigma in modern western society. Sadly, struggles such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders sometimes receive even greater censure in the church. Matt is passionate about faith and mental health, so when it comes to subjects related to the church that no one wants to talk about, I’m grateful he wanted to come on here and talk about this with us.
