Why do you feel it needs to be hard?

As we are growing up we are being imprinted with our beliefs. 

When we are 7 years old we have already decided what we believe about ourselves and the world. 

Isn’t it fascinating? 

Little kids spend most of their time in Alpha and Theta brain waves, that’s why they are so easily programmed because that is a state of hypnosis or meditation. 

For me, I believed that:
Life has to be hard. 

That women are unsupported and should be people-pleasing. 

That you have to work really hard to deserve things. 

AND I lived by those and many other beliefs for most of my life. 

Until I started to study NLP (neurolinguistics programming), meditation, reiki, breathwork, kundalini activation process and other modalities that helped me to go deeper into my subconscious mind. 

See, your conscious mind is only 5% and the rest is being taken care of and created by the subconscious mind. 

That’s why I dedicated the past decade into understanding the mind, the energy work and how we are operating as human beings. 

So that we can create a life that is true to us not living by other peoples’ expectations. 

Look at the way you are living right now and ask yourself:
Is this still in my highest good?
Is this making me feel alive?
Is this life-giving?

Is this serving a higher purpose?

Journal about these. 

Feel into these. 

Sleep on these. 

And see what will come up. 

Because my 7-year-old was still running the party until recently. 

I learned to work with my inner child and tell her it’s safe not to work hard, not to please others, to have fun, to be herself and to stay curious.
