Are you just winging it in life or are you living intentionally?

Let’s take a closer look at why the answer to this can change your life.

Take a deep breath in, and just for a moment visualize this fresh air going through your body, alivening all of the cells in your body, nurturing all of your organs.

You can feel the sense of expansion, freedom, liberation, and presence that is making you feel even more present and grounded.

It can be as easy as this, taking a moment to be really present with what you are experiencing to really align with energies that feel better to you.

Yet, most of the time we are rushing through our lives, chasing the next thing to make us feel achieved to realize that no matter how much we are doing it is not fulfilling for us.

Big reason for that is that we are on an autopilot vs really sitting in a driver’s seat and really intending with our full presence of what we truly desire to happen next.

One thing that you can start doing right now to step into feeling the abundance, freedom and flow is to segment intend.

This is something I have learned from Esther (Abraham) Hicks a couple of years ago.

Anytime you are stepping into a new segment, meaning into doing something new, you set your intention for how you desire it to go and unfold.

It can be so easy to just go, go, go, go and be reactive to the world, OR you can choose with intention how would you like it to go.

That doesn’t mean it will unfold perfectly as you planned this way, YET you will be feeling better, and when you are feeling better you are also attracting better.

I am inviting you my love for today, just today to really take a deep breath and before each bigger thing you will be stepping into to be intentional.

This alone can really shift your life because the more present you are the more you will see this life as a true gift it really is.
