Meet Magali De Castro.

As a child Magali thought she had her career all figured out at 15. She was going to be a filmmaker. So after school she packed her bags for New York and a few years later found herself right in the Hollywood movie scene. 

Then believe it or not she questioned everything and decided to join a nunnery.  Next she became a nurse and today she is the Clinical Director at HotDoc, a health tech startup servicing over 21 thousand doctors and used by 1 in 4 Australians. 

We unpack Magali’s interesting career journey and why you need to follow your internal compass (even if it means completely changing your career direction).

Today, Magali has a passion for working with people and helping them uncover their strengths. She explains how leaning into authenticity and playing to your strengths can add meaning and fulfillment to all areas of life, not just your career.
