In this week's episode, I will invite you to consider the importance of stretching and taking care of the equilibrium within your body and life. I will reflect on my experience with alleviating back pain through yoga, as well as inspire you to think about the balance between staying within your 'comfort zone' and pushing its borders wider.  I am going to mention one of the lectures by Jordan Peterson, and discuss the approach, which might be of help with 'stepping up your game'...
