In this week's episode, I will invite you to explore the part of existence, which has its place behind the curtain of our conscious mind. I will present my experience of meditation, reflect upon the reactivity of behaviours, and encourage a little self-inquiry activity.
As I find this type of exercise the most profitable in states of distress and when attempting certain achievements, I will offer you two challenges to take part in throughout the week.
