Andy starts by talking about the Bible and the feeding of the 5,000.  In the passage located in John 6...Philip has no idea how they can possibly feed the huge crowd that has assembled, but Andrew makes friends with a kid and offers the kid's lunch as a potential solution.  Andrew doesn't know, but he knows a guy!  This is Andy's skill.

What are the things you do well? 
Gisele explains how she is good at everything.  Both of her parents, are highly skilled and Gisele got blessed with the combination.

Some people do a few things really well and so people enjoy learning how to do everything.  Both types of folks are super helpful to have in organizations.

We take a quick tangent talking about making space in your day to think and ponder life.  Your brain will continue to work on the problems you need to solve.
