41,500 hours of volunteering was completed by 1735 UCL students last year, whilst 80 students set up their own enterprises. We talk to manager of the UCL Volunteering Services Unit, John Braime, and Ejiro Okorodudu, an MSc Neuroscience graduate who after volunteering through UCL has set up the social enterprise Jump Start.
