Barry Ferns is a stand up comedian, writer, director and actor. He is developing his comedy shorts series 'Why Are You Doing This To Me?' - films which have been shown at a number of international festivals including the LA Comedy Film Festival and New York's Southside Film Festival.

Barry continues to innovate with his shows at the Edinburgh Festival, creating the first shows on top of Arthur's Seat, the first Audio Tour of the Fringe, dial-a-skethc, and 'This Show Belongs To Lionel Richie', all of which each year have received glowing reviews.

Barry also runs and regularly hosts the extremely successful, Time Out recommended and free comedy night Angel Comedy in Islington. As a stand up comedian he has won the Comedy Store New Act competition, and been a finalist in five national stand-up competitions.
