By trade, she is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a 500 hour Certified Yoga Teacher and a Personal trainer.  She considers herself a healer and mind body coach.  Kerry shared some amazing tips with us today including having your own Self Care Master List.  Her overall message contained many golden nuggets (too many to list!)  She is studying all things lymphatic system, somatics, polyvagal theory, neural manipulation and psychology of movement.  Kerry helps each person she works with create a full body-mind, whole life approach to health and wellness.
