TriumphTuesday @ Night - 06.27.23

TwoSistas and it’s TriumphTuesday @ Night, Episode #653 and it’s a short one!  The “triumphs” are often in how we navigate or in many cases renavigate.  Sometimes you just have to flip the coin or in someone’s case, hit the “golf cart” traffic in the Villages or take out the exercise mat and perform (5) burpees!  Remember, triumphs are a part of the journey and although the road may have a few bumps, you can bounce back and triumph!
