Reboot and get going again! Now we’re on a 12 week hustle. Ryan wants to loose 12 pounds and Elliott is aiming to get under 200 (for a 12.7 pound loss)!

They figure out how to calculate how much food to eat after working out.

The boys are at the start of a 100 push up a day challenge, let’s see if they can do it.
