Hosts Tracy Swain and JaVonne Williams are joined by Leticia Latino-van Splunteren.  She is the CEO of Neptuno USA which is a an offspring of Neptuno Group. Leticia has invaluable hands on experience in the Telecom, Broadcasting and Utilities industry. Ms. Latino-van Splunteren was born and raised in Venezuela by Italian parents, so she has always been exposed to a multicultural approach to life and business. Leticia graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration.

People assumed she would go straight into Neptuno, the company her father had founded in 1972 and that since then has engineered, manufactured and installed over 10,000 telecom towers in the Americas. However, Leticia decided to take a different path instead, she accepted a job offer from Merrill Lynch where she spent a few years learning about the financial industry. In this episode, Leticia shares insight and suggests approaches to navigating in male dominated industries such as Telecom, Broadcasting and Utilities.

Leticia is a recipient of the 2018 Women in IoT award by Connected Magazine, the 2019 Revolutionary CEO recognition by Aspioneer and the 2019 Transformational Leader Award by CIOLook. She has been featured as one of the prominent women in Telecom by TowerXchange, the Wireless Industry Association (WIA) and AGL magazine.
