Misery 1990 Review (Cuffing Season Edition Pt. 3)

October 30, 2019 01:51 - 59 minutes - 20.7 MB

They say Misery loves company, but that turns into pure obsession when the company you keep is Paul Sheldon... As a writer, the idea of this movie is terrifying just based off of fandom alone. This movie broke barriers for Stephen King adaptations on the big screen and not only do I love a great film where a writer is in jeopardy, but I love one that's got a sense of claustrophobia even more. Enjoy, people!

Return Of The Living Dead 3 Commentary (Cuffing Season Edition Pt. 2)

October 27, 2019 21:47 - 1 hour - 35.8 MB

As promised (I think), I decided to talk about the second best entry in this series... Which isn't hard to do, being as though parts four and five are trash. But this is the epitome of zombie love, the RIGHT way (screw you, Warm Bodies). I couldn't wait to discuss Julie and Curt for you all in depth, while nerding out just because I love both zombies and love stories. Have at it, and enjoy!

Michael Vs. Jason: Why It COULD Work

October 27, 2019 21:41 - 56 minutes - 19.7 MB

Michael Myers is my favorite and scariest slasher, hands down... But Jason Voorhees is a close second. The fact that these two are more similar (depending on your timeline) than we think calls for something LONG overdue: a showdown. These are just my thoughts on why this crossover could work, and what I personally would do to put it in motion for a great time. Enjoy!

Terminator: Dark Fate Spoiler Review

October 27, 2019 18:26 - 1 hour - 25.2 MB

Such an insane storyline for what should be one of thee most epic sci-fi action franchises ever, but it's been a rocky road here. Coming off the heels of a shit storm like Genysis, I caught this last minute and had more than my fair share of thoughts. Hope you all enjoy this review!

Upcoming Sequels, Direct Sequels, And Reboots, Oh My

October 25, 2019 02:12 - 1 hour - 75.7 MB

I got the chance to catch up with my homie Monty G on my podcast to finally discuss some of the sequels that Hollywood has cooking for us die hard fans... Some more demanded than others. Our time was limited, but myself and Monty tackle a few titles, their sequels, and where the series' stand before discussing what the new entries mean for the properties overall. This is one of those to be continued episodes, due to time frame, so enjoy what we have so far, people!

The Return Of The Living Dead Commentary

October 24, 2019 02:29 - 1 hour - 33.3 MB

Rest In Peace to Dan O'Bannon for being the brains (pun intended) of this here operation on screen... Without him, this horror comedy zombie epic wouldn't have been possible. So of course I had to talk everyone's heads off about one of my top 5 zombie movies ever made, all while being harmless and keeping your own brains intact. I didn't nerd out as much as I did with NOTLD, but I enjoyed this, and hope you listeners do the same.

Fatal Attraction Review (Cuffing Season Edition)

October 24, 2019 00:31 - 44 minutes - 15.7 MB

Cuffing Season is upon us, y'all!... And what better way to pre-game for it than to talk about when being unfaithful can get unwillingly cuffed, and damn near killed. I decided to review Fatal Attraction, simply because it's a monument in thriller cinema. The barriers this movie broke are imitated, spoofed, you name it... But none of them will ever leave an Alex Forrest mark across both wrists like this film did. Enjoy, people!

Worst Horror Sequels From The Big Guys

October 23, 2019 01:46 - 1 hour - 23.9 MB

It's about to get ugly here, people... I couldn't hold out any longer, so I had a lot to get off my chest for my slasher big dogs on screen. I picked the worst of the bunch from the more mainstream slashers in the horror genre: Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, and Leatherface. There's no such thing as a perfect series, and these movies are perfect examples why. Enjoy my rant, folks!

Top 5 (Kind Of) Halloween Entries

October 14, 2019 15:39 - 47 minutes - 16.6 MB

This was a bit tough to do towards the end, but I have it figured out for the most part... My top 5 Halloween movies in the classic series. Number 5 I had to share and while I explain why, I know it's an unpopular ranking overall. Someone somewhere who wishes they lived in Haddonfield like I do may agree with me. Enjoy, folks!

Night Of The Living Dead 1968 Commentary

October 14, 2019 14:28 - 1 hour - 34.4 MB

Of course I had to geek out and talk about the greatest and most influential horror film ever made... This month seemed proper to do so. I think I did more nerding out than I did spouting out random facts here but if you listen close enough, it's obvious how much this movie impacted me. God bless zombies, and God bless George A. Romero for this historical gem. Hope y'all enjoy! 💀💀💀

Joker 2019 Spoiler Review

October 07, 2019 18:44 - 34 minutes - 12.2 MB

One of thee most overhyped movies of the year... But does it make me laugh, make me cry, make me question what DC was shooting for here? It's brief but spoiler filled folks, so at your own risk! Enjoy!

Furious 7 IntoxiCommentary

October 04, 2019 16:24 - 2 hours - 47.9 MB

This was very last minute and as much as I wanted to start October off with horror, I went ahead and just dropped this to get my feet wet. I get a bit in depth with this here, and I couldn't help but geek out for one of my top 3 films in this amazingly over the top action franchise. Eventually I will review and do commentary for the entire series but for now, I hope you all enjoy my thoughts (and jokes) on James Wan's stylish and revenge themed sequel, Furious 7. 👌👌👌
