“Let your love be your guide. Let your courage be your driver, and let your passion be your road to enjoy this magnificent life to the fullest.”

I LOVED this conversation! I am so excited to welcome Annett Bone to the T&T mic! Annett is an entrepreneur, marketing professional, fellow podcaster, but most significantly, a lifelong dance performer. Anyone that is deeply passionate about anything will relate to Annett’s story. When we are young, we follow our little heart’s desires and chase what makes us happy. As we grow we can’t help but be conditioned by the environment around us, our own thoughts, responsibilities, and just life in general. It’s so easy to let our passions fade away for a variety of reasons or really, excuses. Annett shares her journey in dance and falling back in love with the passion that she left for 20+ years, that made and saved her life. Annett exemplifies how important it is that we maintain these passions and gifts as we grow because they are major pieces to our own souls, but almost more importantly, they positively impact the way we walk through this world. In turn, making the world a better place one shared positive vibe at a time. Your first love does not need to be a human, in fact, it’s probably not. You were born a complete human before any external relationship ever existed. So, fill your passion cup accordingly and watch how the world and relationships around your change for the better. Your other soul mate will appreciate it.

Highlights:

Passions over paychecks, but if you do it right, you can have both. Being out of alignment to get into alignment. Movement is medicine. Internal and external validation. Getting back to your young self. Madonna, Janet, and the rest of my BFF’s. Inspiration. Dedication. Trailblazing. Falling back in love.

Annett Bone:

At an age when most people have given up on their dreams, Annett Bone decided to give herself a do-over.

Inspired by Emerson's idea that "To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment," Annett determined to do whatever it takes to live an uncommon life.

Embracing that philosophy, Annett lost almost 100lbs, overcame depression, started a podcast on dance and mindset that's heard around the world, and started performing ballet and contemporary dance on stage, and in various creative projects such as film and site-specific work.

Annett’s inspirational story of returning to dance after a 20+ year hiatus at the age of 43, and persevering through hardship encourages people that you already have everything it takes to live your best and brightest life and that it is never too late to be great. She gives simple and actionable advice that helps people get consistent wins and stay encouraged on their journey.
