Perhaps the idea that a sales(wo)man has their own agenda creates an image in our mind of someone out to get our money.  Well, what if we, as salespeople, were able to disarm that notion?  What if we were able to create a comfort level with our prospects to the point where they were willing to share their pain?  Wouldn’t our solution/our product/our offering be a much more natural remedy… like a doctor prescribing a cure?
