There’s a lot of noise in the world scrambling our entire nervous system with too much data, meetings, people, emails, texts, social media, projects, and stuff attacking us day in and day out.  We have a terrible habit of filling our days to our absolute maximum capacity.  Even when we find empty space in our busy schedules, we find a way to fill it up!  No wonder we burn out every so often and turn to our vices to stay sane… only to start the process all over again.    


This week’s guest, Jacob Felts, talks with Coaches Nick and Josh about the potential answer to this problem:  identifying and sticking to the Floor of Simplicity.  The Floor of Simplicity is the arch rival of the Ceiling of Complexity which leads to stress, anxiety, and uncomfortability if we stray too far from what we value most.
