When you're feeling lousy, are you focused on the person you are now, or are you acting in favor of the person you want to be in the future?



    Holding the standard = not letting yourself off the hook.  And the question above is a great reminder that we not only live in the present moment, but our actions in the present are continually sculpting our future.



     This might seem a little heavy to grasp, "if you hold the standard when you don't want to, that's where you get the most value", so that's why Coach Nick and I have an entire conversation around this subject.



    So many of our #truthseekers topics focus on how to achieve success.  This week's conversation is a good shake up for how to handle feeling lousy... and feeling lousy is something that no one is immune to!
