How much of our lives are conditioned?


A heck of a lot more than I realized after discussing this week's topic with our guest John Griveas!


Think about our daily routines, the number of times we check our phone, how we react to the same stimuli every single day.


This is conditioning!  Becoming aware is the first step.  The next step is understanding whether or not our conditioning is serving us, and how we can leverage conditioning to get all the very best things out of life!
