Have you ever been told you numb your sensations?  As in, you numb your feelings?


 


What Coach Josh has been alerted to is that he has a habit of eating when he feels stressed… eating when he feels undesired emotions.


 


This happens at a subconscious level.  So he wanted to do something about it.


 


This episode documents the midway point of his experiment of a 3-day fast.  No food – only water – for a full 72 hours!


 


Mix in the experience of some psychedelics (magic mushrooms), and we’re experimenting with what it REALLY feels like to be in connection with your true emotions – the FEELINGS that are sensed in your body.
