Today's conversation is about two things that women love and deeply connect with, but also two things that don't appear to go together - spirituality and style.

We sit down with Jodi Belden, a personal style coach, whose carving out a unique space for herself in the fashion industry. We talk about how chasing a fashion career in NYC left her feeling empty, but still with a desire to share and spread the confidence that fashion can bring. This where the second piece comes into play...

Spirituality.

After participating in some of Gabby Bernstein's earliest meditation/coaching groups, Jodi quickly learned that competition, comparison, and burning out in the corporate world wasn't for her. She said see ya to NYC and Elle magazine, only to find herself as lost as ever and back where she began, at her parent's house (don't we know how that feels).

After a six month spiritual bootcamp, Jodi gained clarity and carved out how to serve the fashion industry through what she calls, "spiritual styling". She breaks down her three step system that clients experience (cultivate, curate, and collect), why it works, and how all of her styling principles are a metaphor for life's many spiritual adversities.

Of course, we offer our personal experiences and thoughts on the topic, too (obviously)!
