True Light is the podcast of the Sheptytsky Institute of Eastern Christian Studies in the University of Toronto. It is meant to help Christians deepen their faith by exploring the spiritual treasures of the Churches of the East as a form of adult catechesis. Following the seasonal influence of the liturgical calendar, and using as an informal syllabus the Catechism of the Ukrainian Greco-Catholic Church, we will delve into topics such as prayer, holy mysteries, icons, as well as social justice and morality -- seeking to shed new light on our Faith in the Incarnate Christ!
