Connectionism is an advanced introduction to meditation. A new form of guided meditation that disbands emotional boundaries to cultivate deep perspectives into the inner nature of us humans with an intention to help each other meditating naturally rather than mechanically.

1. Introduction and Overview (1 to 2 minutes)
2. Talk/ Dialogue (Around 15 minutes) - Meditation talk, setting a unified intention.
3. Ambient Music (From 30 to 45 minutes) - Still Meditation, connecting in solitude and energizing the body.
4. Techno Music (From 15 to 30 minutes) - Unwinding release
