Episode 022: A recap of the first annual LATINAFest!

This special episode of TheTRENDTalk, was filmed during our first annual Summer outdoor celebration named “LatinaFest” at La Plaza de Cultura y Artes in downtown Los Angeles. The episode celebrated the growing economic and social power of the Latina community in Los Angeles, and featured small business owners and professionals throughout Southern California. LATINAFest was a day of celebrating Latinas whose impact is evident in every sector of society.  As the fastest growing consumer group in the U.S., Latinas are rapidly becoming economic and social powerhouses in the United States– whether it is in entertainment, education, politics, medicine, or academics, Latinas are rocking it! We also interviewed Venezuelan actress Carla Baratta, one of the stars of FX’s Son’s of Anarchy spinoff “Mayans MC.” All that and more on TheTRENDTalk!
