Whenever someone who is really fit walks into a room filled with people who don't workout or simply don't take care of themselves everyone will look at this person because they carry around not just the body to show, but discipline, self respect, and ambition. If you want to be successful with business, then you hang around people who are successful with business. If you want to better your health and body, then you also need to surround yourself with like minded people. When you prioritize yourself, your health, your body, this journey will get lonely at times. This is when temptation kicks in and wants to make you quit.
