We´ve got a UTMB special today as we chat to Ireland´s top finishers in the TDS and the UTMB,

Aoife Mundow, first Irish runner home in the TDS and first in her category in 29hrs20m and Gavin Byrne who was first Irish Runner home in the UTMB after a sprint through the streets of Chamonix in 26m08m, just 1 minute ahead of David Ryan in what was a great chase to the line.

We also chat with Rene Borg from Running Coach Ireland about the racing at the Kerry Way Ultra and some tips and advice we can all take from both of the big races last weekend in Kerry and Chamonix.
