Last week we spoke with Tudor Moldovan who exploded on to the Trail Running Scene last year with an electric win at the EcoTrail 30km, breaking the course record by 3 minutes. Since then he´s gone on to win the National 5ok Title, the Limerick Marathon, the Glendalough Lap of the Gap Marathon and the Waterford Viking Marathon as well as a host of other wins and podiums and we spoke with Tudor about how he trains, what drives him and his fascinating back story.
